We asked ourselves, "What might people want to know about our company?" And we agreed you might like to know why and how GBA Builders was formed.

GBA Builders was formed in 2004 based on a need identified by industry owners for construction professionals who have a solid grasp of how pharmaceutical manufacturing environments function. Believing we can offer a distinguishing service by employing people who have field experience in the pharmaceutical construction environment, we recruited staff members who have also been on the owner's side of the table.

At one time or another our key leaders were seated in the owner's chair and were concerned about their own building projects being completed when they needed them and at a cost they expected.  The lessons learned and experience gained "in the field" as owners give them a unique perspective now that they are in the field working for owners.
