Joshua Reeves, LEED AP
As president of GBA Builders, Joshua is responsible for leading and growing the firm’s business operations. He brings nearly 30 years of construction experience, the majority served in a leadership role. He has an excellent understanding of all contracting methods having worked both domestically and internationally. His focus as a leader is to empower his teammates to take ownership of their projects, teams, clients, and futures. Joshua is passionate about creating fantastic results for his teammates and clients through constantly improving interpersonal communication, personal and professional evolution, and trust.
Kenny leads the preconstruction/estimating efforts for GBA Builders. His responsibilities include management of our estimating and preconstruction department, bidding, buyout and design assist. He works with project team members to ensure issues are discussed and addressed well before the shovel hits the ground. A successful preconstruction planning process is all about communication – keeping all team members informed as choices are considered and decisions are made when it comes to the scope, budget and schedule of the project. Kenny brings more than 25 years of experience in estimating for projects ranging in size from $5,000 to more than $90 million.
Field Operations Manager
Eric is GBA Builders’ Field Operations Manager and has 30 years of experience working in the construction industry. Eric is extremely proud of his time working in the trades and uses his experience to build quality project field teams that have the correct skills, experiences, and personalities to be successful. In addition to managing teams of construction managers, superintendents, quality control and safety personnel, Eric oversees GBA Builders’ company fleet vehicles. Recently, Eric has played an instrumental role in launching the new regional field office in Seattle.
Kyle Quigley, Leed ap
Group Leader, Life Sciences
Kyle joined GBA Builders in 2014, bringing hands-on construction experience in a variety of roles. He is well-versed in project pre-planning, estimating, document preparation, budget management, and site management from early stages of construction through project turnover. As a project manager, Kyle partners with his clients and all team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by maintaining detailed project budget oversight, strict cost control management, timely scheduling, and superb coordination of sub-contractor delivery timelines. Kyle has a proven track record of delivering projects, on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. This can be seen through repeat work with the same clients. He is a true, team player – working and communicating with team members and building trusted relationships.
Senior Construction Manager & Client Solutions Manager
Bob is an innovative leader with more than 35 years of construction and construction management experience and partners with clients to deliver quality results on time and within budget. He is result-oriented with a proven track record of managing complex projects and personnel, which at times may have competing priorities. As a Client Solutions Manager, he develops successful partnerships and establishes a long-term on-site project team.
Senior Project Manager, North Carolina Life Sciences Manager
In his 40+ years of experience Chris has gained extensive knowledge in managing and constructing complex projects across a variety of industries. He has worked in Operations, Finance, Procurement/Contracting capacities, giving him a solid background in forecasting and budgeting, risk management, safety, business planning and project execution, along with mentoring construction teams for effectiveness and growth. He will bring these qualifications to the role of Project Executive.
Joe Grassmuck, pe, leed ap
Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical
Joe brings 11 years of construction experience serving as an expert liaison balancing the desires of the client and the vision of the architect. As a professional engineer, Joe bridges the gap from engineering to construction by assisting engineers with design solutions, reviewing construction drawings, and implementing the plans on-site, taking into consideration the site limitations, project specifications and procedures. As a construction project manager, Joe works closely with the superintendent with daily construction activities including monitoring subcontractors, coordinating procurement and ensuring the schedule, safety and quality of the project are met. Joe is passionate about working collaboratively with architects, engineers and construction personnel to streamline the entire design-build process developing optimum solutions for the client and allowing for greater flexibility of the project schedule

Joseph is a strong senior program and project management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Mission Critical industry for over 25 years. His strong relationships and experience working in the mission critical industry facilitates excellent communication. His areas of expertise include: customer service and client experience, engineering strategic planning, team building, mission critical and data center operations
Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical
Sterling has spent nearly 40 years in the construction industry with the last 23 years being concentrated on overseeing projects nationally for clients in the Telco/Data Center market. Having spent the early part of his career in the trades, Sterling has a thorough understanding of the planning, coordination and logistics required to construct and deliver a quality project to the client on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to their ongoing operations. Sterling has overseen in excess of 2,000 MOP/CEWA efforts for clients on their live facilities, all without incident.
Senior Electrical Estimator/Project Manager, Mission Critical
Ryan brings over 20 years of construction experience to his current role of Senior Project Manager and Electrical Systems Estimator. Ryan applies his hands-on field experience, manpower coordination, project forecasting, safety culture, and budget management to each mission critical construction project. Building on his experience in design-build project delivery, Ryan is a thorough electrical estimator in both commercial and industrial construction.
Group Leader, Government Services
Paige is a dedicated senior project manager and estimator that leads our Government Services group. She joined GBA Builders in 2018, bringing with her an excellent understanding of cost estimating and project management of Federal Government contracts which immediately helped in obtaining new projects and clients. She has a proven ability in the management of design, construction, and facility operations regarding budget, schedule, quality control, and safety. Strong attention to detail and follow-through can be seen on all her projects.
Project Manager, Government Services
Cris has experience in estimating and project management and has worked on numerous construction projects throughout the contiguous United States. He has extensive knowledge of code requirements and has experience in design/build and bid/build projects. As project manager, Cris will assist in leading the construction team, managing the project budget and managing the schedule with the project superintendent. He will also provide constant communication to the client team.
Group Leader, Industrial & Manufacturing
Walker is an experienced project manager facilitating multi-million-dollar contracts in various construction markets including life sciences, process manufacturing and K-12 education. He is confident working with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals and deliver quality products safely, within budget, and according to schedule.
Group Leader, Healthcare
Mike brings over 20 years of construction, engineering and project management experience to the role of Project Manager. He leads and directs the project from conception to completion. Mike’s role at GBA Builders includes overseeing performance of all trade contractors and reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to ensure all specifications and regulations are followed. Mike brings his project experience in hospital sterile environments to the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry and Pfizer.
Senior Mechanical and Process Estimator
David has more than 40 years of professional experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on engineering-related activities required to support projects during the construction phase, with additional emphasis in estimating both construction and engineering-related activities. His experience includes engineering support duties necessary to interpret and communicate design information to construction forces. Additional experience includes cost-related activities utilizing manual and computerized cost control techniques, developing and monitoring project schedules, and computerized estimates both conceptual and quantity take-offs. He effectively interfaces with clients and their representatives and maintains good company-client relationships.
Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences
Nathan brings over 17 years of construction experience and project/facilities/operations management in his role. He supports the project team in managing the overall project logistics, including overseeing the project’s schedule, safety, quality, and enforcement of all subcontractor scopes to achieve the high-quality clients expects. He draws from his broad project experience with several construction firms working across multiple industries to apply best practices and process management.

Justin has 14 years of experience as project manager and superintendent on a variety of life sciences and commercial construction projects. He will apply his hands-on construction experience and background in project pre-planning, estimating, document preparation, budget management, and site management to his role as Project Manager. Justin has gained an understanding of QA/QC best practices from successfully implementing all aspects of the construction projects and processes on time and under budget.
