
Paige Wixson is the Director of Federal Construction at GBA Builders overseeing all federal related pursuits and projects. With more than 10 years of experience, she has led a multitude of projects throughout the U.S. ranging from $500,000 to $12 million. Paige’s servant leadership creates a culture where people are the most valuable asset. She is committed to upholding GBA Builders' core values and empowering people through collaboration, innovation, and diversification. Paige is a member of the Young Professionals Committee at GBA and is actively involved with the college recruiting and internship program. She compassionately enjoys working with the next generation of leaders.
Before starting her career in construction, Paige was enrolled in the interior design program at Kansas State University. She quickly realized she had a more “technical” brain. After consulting with her father, who had been in the construction industry for years, she decided to switch into the Construction Science and Management Program.

The ability to work hard and continue your education through classes have allowed Paige to succeed at each role she has held. Her advice? Keep learning and growing with each position you hold.
